1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 368jl at the domain 368jl.club (hereinafter "the Platform," "368jl," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as the 368jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 368jl Platform and close your account. Continued use of 368jl after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with 368jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with the minimum age requirements for gambling activity in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register accounts.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 368jl or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 368jl or had an account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

368jl reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings derived during an ineligible period may be voided.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 368jl Platform. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or identification documents, is strictly prohibited. 368jl employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 368jl may close all associated accounts and void pending balances and winnings without prior notice.

3.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it upon any change via the account settings section of the 368jl Platform.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

368jl operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. You will be required to submit valid government-issued Philippine identification — such as a UMID, Passport, Driver's License, or PhilSys National ID — before your first withdrawal is processed. Additional documents, including proof of address or source of funds, may be requested for higher-value transactions or as part of anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 368jl login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 368jl will never request your full password via chat, email, or SMS. You must notify 368jl support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

368jl accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 368jl does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currency.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified 368jl accounts are processed within one (1) business hour for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) business day. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional KYC verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposits. 368jl reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Funds that have been credited to your account as a bonus must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits issued by 368jl are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

• Bonus funds must be wagered in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion.
• 368jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or account.
• 368jl reserves the right to void bonus winnings if evidence of abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is detected in connection with a promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active on a 368jl account at any given time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 368jl Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between the general provisions of these Terms and the specific rules of an individual game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game's operation.

368jl uses certified random number generator (RNG) software for electronic casino games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in accordance with standard casino operating procedures. The results of all games hosted on 368jl are final once confirmed by the system and may not be reversed except in cases of a verified technical error, at 368jl's sole discretion.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game session, 368jl's system logs will serve as the definitive record of the game state at the time of the failure. 368jl will endeavor to resolve disputes arising from technical failures fairly and in good faith.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 368jl Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on 368jl.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform while physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the 368jl Platform in a manner not approved by 368jl.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the house edge.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using payment methods belonging to, or withdrawing to accounts held by, any person other than the registered account holder.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that 368jl is obligated to report under applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any 368jl staff member or other player.

8. Responsible Gaming

368jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Philippine players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and have implemented the following tools, which all registered players may access through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set or reduced immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations with automatic logout upon expiry.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of session duration and net spend.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent self-exclusion from 368jl. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 368jl Platform — including but not limited to the 368jl brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and audiovisual materials — is the property of 368jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any 368jl content without prior written authorization from 368jl.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 368jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

368jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 368jl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

368jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Upon termination at 368jl's discretion without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

Players may close their own 368jl account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will still be processed to the registered payment method.

12. Disputes

In the event of any dispute regarding game results, transactions, or account activity, players must first submit a written complaint to the 368jl support team within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 368jl will investigate all complaints and respond within five (5) business days. System logs maintained by 368jl shall constitute the definitive record for the purposes of any dispute resolution.

368jl's decision on any dispute, made following a good-faith investigation, shall be final and binding on the player.

13. Amendments to These Terms

368jl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the Platform notification system or to the mobile number on file. The effective date of any revision will be clearly indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 368jl Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

368jl operates in alignment with the online gaming framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 368jl Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
